Kokpit elektronik par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu elektromanyetik alan, kabin i\u00e7inde hava dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 halinde olan havan\u0131n kirlili\u011fi, jet motorunun egzoz gaz\u0131, d\u00fczensiz uyku paterni ve uzun s\u00fcre ayni pozisyonda hareketsiz kalmak pilotlar\u0131n u\u00e7u\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 fakt\u00f6rlere \u00f6rnek olarak verilebilir1. Maruz kal\u0131nan fakt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle, kokpitte uzun s\u00fcre hareketsiz kalma durumu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Son 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde uzun s\u00fcreli u\u00e7u\u015flarda tromboz vakalar\u0131 (damar i\u00e7erisinde p\u0131ht\u0131 olu\u015fumu) \u00fczerine \u00f6nemli say\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uzun s\u00fcreli u\u00e7u\u0131\u015flarda oturulan koltu\u011fun \u00f6n k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n dizard\u0131 toplardamar ad\u0131 verilen damara uzun s\u00fcre hareketsiz kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bask\u0131 yapmas\u0131 ve v\u00fccudun s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 gibi tromboz olu\u015fumunu tetikleyen bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr fakt\u00f6rlere maruz kal\u0131nmas\u0131 ya derin ven trombozuna ya da \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olan pulmoner embolizme sebep olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 46\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tromboz, damar i\u00e7inde bir kan p\u0131ht\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 engellemesi durumuna verilen isimdir. Herhangi bir damardaki tromb\u00fcsten kopan p\u0131ht\u0131 par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fka bir b\u00f6lge damar\u0131nda t\u0131kanmaya sebep olmas\u0131na tromboembolizm denir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, 1946 y\u0131l\u0131nda Boston\u2019dan Venez\u00fcella\u2019ya <strong>14 saatlik uzun bir u\u00e7u\u015f yapan<\/strong> bir doktorda geli\u015fen olguyu; ven\u00f6z tromb\u00f6z\u00fc yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekletirilen bir toplant\u0131da, u\u00e7u\u015f ile ven\u00f6z tromboz aras\u0131ndaki muhtemel ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 yeniden incelemeye karar verilmi\u015ftir. <strong>\u00d6zellikle uzun s\u00fcreli u\u00e7u\u015flarda<\/strong> derin ven trombozun ve pulmoner embolinin hava yolcu\u011fulu ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu genel anlamda kabul g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda Sarvesveran ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla Londra Heathrow havaliman\u0131na varan 61 yolcudan 11 tanesinin ani \u00f6l\u00fcm sebebinin pulmoner emboli oldu\u011fu yap\u0131lan otopsilerde belirlendi\u011fini rapor ettiler.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 49\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ise, Ferrari ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131; derin ven trombozu olan 160 hastadan 39 tanesinin, k\u0131sa s\u00fcre \u00f6nce <strong>4 saatten daha uzun u\u00e7u\u015f<\/strong> yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmi\u015flerdi..<\/p>\n<p>2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda Shrivastava 12000 saat \u00fczerinde u\u00e7u\u015f tecr\u00fcbesi olan k\u0131demli bir havayolu pilotunda geli\u015fen derin ven trombozu olgusu hakk\u0131nda bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu pilot k\u0131talar aras\u0131 uzun bir u\u00e7u\u015fta g\u00f6revliyken, sol ayak bile\u011finde hafif bir \u015fi\u015fkinlik olu\u015fur. 6 saat i\u00e7erisinde bu \u015fi\u015fkinlik gitgide artmaya ve sol baca\u011fini tamamen etkilemeye ba\u015flar. U\u00e7u\u015ftan sonra, u\u00e7u\u015f hekimini ziyaret eder ve pilotta derin ven trombozu olu\u015ftu\u011fu sonucuna var\u0131larak hastaneye sevk edilir. Ultason Doppler ismi verilen bir tetkik y\u00f6ntemi ile sol baca\u011f\u0131nda geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde derin ven trombozu oldu\u011fu belirlenir. Derin ven trombozunun ve ya\u015fam tehlikesi arz eden pulmoner embolinin pilot inka pasitesine sebebiyet veren sebeplerden biri olarak dikkate alinmasi gerekti\u011fini vurgulanmaktad\u0131r.
