Havac\u0131l\u0131kta tel\u00e2\u015f ve acele i\u00e7inde ciddi hatalar yapanlar sadece kokpitteki pilotlar de\u011fildir. U\u00e7ak teknik-bak\u0131m ve yer g\u00f6revlileri, kule personeli, kabin ekibi ve \u015firket y\u00f6neticileri de do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde bu sendromun olumsuz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na neden olabilirler.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>27 Mart 1977 g\u00fcn\u00fc tarihin en b\u00fcy\u00fck u\u00e7ak kazas\u0131 (Tenerife), \u0130spanya\u2019n\u0131n Kanarya Adalar\u0131 Las Palmas Havaalan\u0131 pistinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. O g\u00fcn 12.30\u2019da havaalan\u0131nda bir bomba patlam\u0131\u015f, t\u00fcm u\u00e7u\u015flar ikinci bir patlama ihtimali y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ertelenmi\u015fti.
